RETURN AND WITHDRAWAL POLICY

In accordance with the regulations, the consumer and user has the right to withdraw from the contract for a maximum period of 14 calendar days, without giving any reason and without incurring costs other than those referred to in art. RD1 107.2 and 108/2007, of 16 November, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users.

1. EXCEPTION

The user cannot exercise the right of withdrawal on customized products made to measure for the customer, with the measurements, characteristics and design commissioned by the user and/or cut due to the transport system selected by the user (1), as the exception established by Art.103 applies. Paragraph c) of this regulation:

1. 1. "c) The supply of goods made to the consumer's and user's specifications or clearly personalized."
      
      

      (1) A product is considered to be made to measure for the customer when during the purchasing process the customer has selected a means of transport for which it is indicated that, if the item is larger than certain measurements, it will be cut and shipped in two or more parts.

      Thus, when the user declares to have read the general conditions, he consents and is aware that he cannot exercise the right of withdrawal for products manufactured pursuant to his instructions.

   2. STANDARD PRODUCTS

      Standard products are those that are offered on the web with a predefined design, size and color. For these products the user can exercise the right of withdrawal.

      The customer will have a maximum period of 14 calendar days from the day he receives the requested good or product to inform Fabbricadioggetti of his desire to return.

      The return implies that Fabriccadioggetti will proceed to refund the amount already paid by the customer within a maximum period of 14 calendar days, following the same procedure chosen by the customer for payment (provided that the purchased product is not among the exceptions indicated above).

      During this period, the consumer will inform the company of his decision to withdraw from the contract by sending an email to the email address of fabbricadioggetti: fabbricadioggetti@hotmail.com

      Fabbricadioggetti will communicate to the consumer, via a durable medium, the confirmation of having received the withdrawal request.

      To proceed with the return of a product, it is essential that it is in perfect condition and with its corresponding original packaging, with all accessories and without having been used. Once the request is received, fabbricadioggetti will contact the customer to communicate the details to make the return.

      The customer will have to bear the costs of returning the goods.
